Refund Policy

We hope you never have to return a product, but if you do, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and fair.

Refunds:

We provide refunds for orders that are damaged or broken (not working).
Customers must contact us within 1 week of delivery, along with photos clearly showing the issue.

Depending on the item, it may be necessary to return the item to us before a refund can be issued.

Returns:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping:

To return an item, please contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
