This Dog Harness does not need to go over your dog's head. It fastens on the bottom with a velcro strap and a durable plastic buckle, with double D-rings for leash fastening. It is great for dogs who like a vest-style mesh harness but who don't like having anything put over their head. It is also great for dogs whose head/neck measurements are too wide to fit traditional vest harnesses.
